Cristian Cristian, founding attorney, has more than 22 years of experience in the legal profession and has represented and assisted clients in more than 2,000 litigation matters, as well as in more than 500 insolvency and restructuring proceedings. His extensive litigation experience, combined with his expertise in insolvency, allows him to approach complex legal situations from both a litigation perspective and the perspective of their economic and commercial consequences.
Vlad Mihai Lungulescu, attorney and founding partner, has more than 21 years of experience and a practice focused mainly on insolvency and restructuring, civil and corporate law, administrative and tax litigation, and arbitration. He is also an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Bucharest Bar Association and an insolvency practitioner, a member of UNPIR (the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners of Romania).
